This wine has a full straw yellow color, with bright aromas
of fresh fruit, hawthorn and hints of banana. In the mouth
it feels very hot, supported by a nice acidity: it is persistent
and pleasant. It is indicated for appetizers and all dishes
based on fish and white meats.
Grape variety: Pecorino.
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12°C.
