PECORINO

This wine has a straw yellow color and golden highlights,

with bright aromas of fresh fruit, hawthorn and hints of

banana. In the mouth it feels very hot, supported by a

nice acidity: it is persistent and pleasant. It is indicated for

appetizers and all dishes based on fish and white meats.
Grape variety: 100% Pecorino.
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12°C.
